The International Mission Board encourages Southern Baptists to give through the Cooperative Program and the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for international missions through their local churches. We do, however, offer online giving options to individuals to support strategic priority needs. We also present information about making planned gifts.

Americas Challenge:
Strategic Priority Needs

Vehicles for the region
In the South America region, getting the work done involves plenty of urban and rural driving-often on primitive roads. Your giving can greatly assist in purchasing missionary vehicles that are dependable and facilitate in spreading God's message for miles. 97111-720-004-2007

Showing Jesus and Luke videos
In many remote villages, there is no electricity and the only way to them is on foot. Your giving can open many doors by making it possible to show videos about Jesus and Luke in villages where the Gospel has never before been heard. 93306-243-015-2003

Bibles for Quebec, Canada
The people of Quebec are one of the least-reached in the Americas. Many have had no contact with the Bible or the truths of evanglical Christian faith. Your giving can help provide Bibles and study helps in the French language, which will also further assist church-planting teams to reach thousands of homes with the Gospel. 93301-469-135-2001

Kogi oral Scripture project
This is a tremendous opportunity to cooperate with linguists, Kogi belivers and national partners to record and distribute three New Testament books in the Kogi language. Your giving can make this vision a reality, plus provide appropriate follow-up materials for those who express an interest in learning more about Christ's Gospel. 97111-240-004-2005

"JESUS" film
People here often have access to a videocassette recorder and when they are unable to read or do not want to read, they will watch movies. Your giving can help them see the most important movie of their lives-the "JESUS" film. 93306-243-211-2002

Embera' Tado' "JESUS" film production
The work among the Embera' Tado' is relatively new and there are very few believers among them. Putting the "JESUS" film in their language, thus, provides a great opportunity to do real kingdom building. Your giving will enable linguists, Embera' Tado' believers and national partners to produce the "JESUS" film as well as the "Story of Jesus" radio program and culturally appropriate follow-up materials for seekers of the Word among this people group. 97111-243-002-2005

Guambiano "JESUS" film
Although there are Guambiano believers and churches in Colombia, there are no church-planting movements among this people group, largely due to lack of worhsip opportunities in their heart language. Your giving can change this picture through the publication and distribution of an audio New Testament in the Guambiano language-just one component of a multi-media package produced in concert with linguists, Guambiano believers and national partners to draw more Guambiano people to faith in Christ. 97111-243-003-2005
