The International Mission Board encourages Southern Baptists to give through the Cooperative Program and the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for international missions through their local churches. We do, however, offer online giving options to individuals to support strategic priority needs. We also present information about making planned gifts.

Vehicles for missionaries
 Missionaries put a lot of mileage and a lot of wear and tear on their vehicles. Your giving can make possible the replacement of a vehicle for medical personnel. 87305-720-000-2007

Seminary training for IMB personnel
 The Master of Arts in Theological Studies Intercultural Leadership (MATSIL) is a degree offered by The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary to those ministering in intercultural settings. Each gift of $1000 will make it possible for one missionary to complete seminary hours while continuing his/her field ministries. 84201-150-036-2006

Timothy leadership development program
 Algerian churches and church leaders are expressing their desire for biblically based leadership training. The Timothy leadership development program is a key in God's preparation of Algeria for harvest! Your giving will assist with the financial support of training for national church leaders in the areas of ministry and church-planting strategies. 82410-240-510-2004

Vehicles for South Africa
 Several 1996 and 1997 model sedans in the South Africa vehicle fleet have more than 200,000 kilometers on them and need to be replaced. Your giving can help purchase five much-needed subcompact sedans. 87600-720-003-2007

Jesus Film
 This opportunity to present the life of Jesus in eight Nigerien languages is in collaboration with Campus Crusade. The resulting DVD would serve as an invaluable resource for any missionary in Niger and make it possible to sow the Word widely. 84201-240-009-06

North Africa One Story Projects
 These funds will be used to carry out fifteen OneStory projects among unreached, largely non-literate people groups of Northern Africa and the Middle East. None of the targeted people groups has the Bible in the language and format they can understand. OneStory exists to develop, initiate and facilitate oral strategies to communicate God's Word to oral peoples who are unreached resulting in sustainable, indigenously led, reproducing church planting movements which transform lives and societies to reflect a biblical worldview. Through OneStory projects and training, we can provide scripture simultaneously to each of these unreached oral people groups. 82410-240-014-2006

Project Northern Lights
 Project Northern Lights functions to saturate the Muslim countries of North Africa with Scripture and Jesus films. Volunteers work alongside national Christians to disctibute these materials and witness to the North Africans as they travel by car ferry from Europe to North Africa. Your giving will be used to print and distribute the New Testament in the Kabyle Berber language at a cost of approximately $3 each as well as Scripture cassettes at a cost of approximately 50 cents each. 82410-469-238-2003

Reprint church-planting books
 "Church Planting Movements" by David Garrison chronicles one of the most exciting evangelistic trends in recent history. When beleivers within a people group or population segment plant churches that rapidly reproduce themselves, that's a church-planting movement. Your giving can make possible the reprint of Garrison's book, outlining how such a movement begins, grows, and faces challenges. 84201-463-005-2007

Afar Outreach Project
 The Afar Outreach Project (AOP) involves three separate organizations which plan to produce and broadcast radio programs and then follow up with the Afar peoples of the Horn of Africa. This project, which is expected to run at least five years, will help establish a church-planting movement among the Afar people group. 82410-240-248-2004

Heavy-duty 4X4 vehicle
 A missionary family in Zambia will be in language study for one year and will be driving one of the older vehicles most of that time. Once their language study is completed, this family will need a rugged vehicle to navigate Mozambique's especially rough roads. Heavy-duty towing vehicle for Zambia
 Pulling a fully loaded building trailer has been a strain on existing missionary vehicles. Your purchase of a more capable truck will greatly help transport the building trailer, plus provide more space for carrying supplies when the trailer is not needed. 87305-720-000-2007

MegaVoice Ambassadors
 Ambassadors are solar-powered MegaVoice digital playback devices. They present a quick audiovisual overview of the Bible from Creation to Christ's resurrection as well as basic teaching on the Christina life. Their clear and birghtly colored pictures are designed to attract people who are non-literate and unaccustomed to visual teaching presentations. These Ambassadors will be distributed throughout the Northern Africa and Middle East (NAME) region. Substantial gifts have already been recieved for the $267,500 project. Your giving can ensure that there are enough Ambassadors to reach 13 different language groups in the NAME region. 82410-240-015-2006
